·      Primary responsibilities include Demand forecasting, Financial & budget analysis and inventory analysis involving 800 Active SKU’s, with 25% new SKU’s per year.

·      Managed the demand forecasting process in coordination with the sales and the manufacturing teams.

·      Business Process Optimization of forecast process integrating the Purchasing and Master Production Scheduling.

·      Improved forecast accuracy by 15%. Developed excel macros to automate the forecast accuracy reports by various categories replacing the previously very arduous process

·      Review of historic sales trends, research of demand drivers, preparation of forecast and evaluation of results

·      ABC classification for items, Inventory analysis and impact of forecast on levels of inventory

·      Coordination of the forecasts for new product rollouts based on trends in historic data. Developed new rollout performance tracking macro to monitor sales.
